Here are a few photos from the recent production of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" by the children of StageWorks, the afterschool theater club organized by the Old Stone House Youth Arts program, under the guidance of teacher Andrea Eddings. The production was performed on Saturday, March 26th, in the church hall of the Grahamsville Reformed Church, on Rte. 55, Grahamsville, NY. "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" is based on the incredibly popular 1964 children's book by British author Roald Dahl. The story features the adventures of young Charlie Bucket inside the chocolate factory of eccentric chocolatier Willy Wonka. For the many StageWorks kids, it was a fabulous chance to demonstrate their newfound acting skills in front of over 150 enthusiastic family, friends and the public at large.
